Software untuk nyatet transaksi dan stok

Cerita dulu…. saat awal menjalankan Toko Kado Anak, pencatatan keuangan, penjualan dan stok dilakukan manual, pake MS Excel tentunya. Lama-lama pegel juga secara tambah banyak yang harus dicatet plus harus diupdate satu-satu (duit, penjualan, dan stok/inventori) karena sistemnya tidak berhubungan.

Yang paling urgent buat daku sih software buat bantuin nyatet penjualan dan ngecek stok, secara jenis barangnya lumayan banyak. Pinginnya yang bisa setelah input pembelian barang dari vendor/suplier atau input penjualan ke customer – langsung bisa mengupdate stok. Excel jelas jongkok urusan yang satu ini, dan daku juga malesh bin gag sanggup ngutak-ngatik macro Excel untuk memungkinkan itu terjadi (kalopun bisa hihihi)

Gag puas sama Excel, coba bikin program sendiri di MS Access (haha gila kali ya gw). Tentu saja hasilnya membuang waktu, tenaga dan pikiran – programnya gag selesai-selesai dan kesimpulannya: proyek di cut-off

Sebenarnya sih software bajakan banyak tuh dijual, di Mall Ambassador Kuningan tinggal pilih-pilih aja Rp 50.000 udah dapat software yang canggih. Namun… namun…. partner bisnisku yang baik hati adalah penganut anti-piracy, gag tega ngebajak hasil karya orang lain. Lagian kan biar bisnis-nya berkah, sebaiknya unsur yang mengandung ketidak-halalan dihilangkan.

Akhirnya, daku balik lagi ke mbak Google mencari dan mencari software bagus, murah meriah dan halal.

Dan…ketemu deh software Omset dari Rulisoft. Harga Rp 149.000 + Rp 20.000 biaya kirim CD (kecuali download langsung gag perlu biaya kirim) – relatif terjangkau palagi kalo ingat susyahnya bikin program sendiri (wuihhh gag lagi deh)

Sekedar info, Rulisoft merelease beberapa software i.e. Omset, Benefit, Pajak21, RuliGaji, dst. Buat bisnis kecilku, pake Omset dan Benefit dah cukup. Omset adalah software untuk mencatet penjualan ke pelanggan, pembelian dari suplier, cek inventori/stok, dan banyak fitur yang lainnya tapi buatku sih itu yang terpenting. Benefit adalah software akuntansi untuk mencatat pengeluaran, pemasukan, aset dan depresiasi, dst. Software2-nya bisa di-link, jadi dengan meng-input satu aktivitas penjualan dan pembelian, otomatis laporan-laporan ter-update.

Tampilan sih emang gag sekeren software dari Microsoft (lha iya lah harga juga jauhh hehehe), secara basis programnya pake MS Access. Buat daku sih tampilan gag penting, yang penting user friendly-nya.

Nah sekarang pertanyaannya…. software-nya reliable gag?

Setelah lebih dari 3 bulan menggunakan, daku bisa bilang Can’t live without it (hehe hiperbolik banget dey). Tapi serius bantu banget, paling senang kalo dah ngecek laporan penjualan bulanan, hehe duits duits. Terus kalo mo beli barang dari suplier tinggal ngecek laporan inventori, ketahuan deh item mana yang udah menipis atau bahkan kosong jadi perlu dibeli lagi. Jarang banget crash, kalopun terjadi biasanya karena kesalahan sendiri hihihi.

Enjoying Me & Kids Time

Several days ago I was a little upset as the maid asked for 10 days off, despite of the fact that she got 1 day off every month which she occasionally or let’s say most of the time extended to 2 or even 3 days off. Come on…. my last job would not even let me have off-days until I worked there for more than 1 year. In addition, I figured out that I am the only one in my housing cluster that give monthly day-off as well as pay for the transportation or give a ride home.

But then I changed my mind and sent her off yesterday, even drove her home – for one reason I needed to be the true owner of the house, cleaning and cooking and doing the chores my way, and most importantly taking care of Mila & Alith by myself. Another reason – I want my privacy.

The thing about having a maid around you…. she will do things even before you speak them out. I talked to Alith if he would like to have macaroni and cheese for breakfast – and she was already there in the kitchen preparing the mac-cheese.

You are lucky!!! A friend used to say. “That’s exactly the kind of assistant I would love to have. My maid would need to be told twice at least before she got up to work on it” – she complained.

Well I said – it came out handy most of the time, but annoying sometimes. At least she need to let me confirm if I want her to do it or not.

Eavesdropping my phone conversation is also another unacceptable fault. In one occasion I talked to a friend over the phone and she asked if I’ll ask my assistant to escort the kids during our next Thursday swimming session, and I said – no, I’ll do it myself. After I hung up, the maid muttered something like ‘even if you ask me to, I will not go’. Whaaaattt??

After all, I am enjoying my time only with the kids, take them wherever I go or just spend quality time playing at home – like the old days. It gives me a full chance to reinforce the emotional bound, listen to them to know what they love and hate, fix their daily activities and meal schedule (maid tends to let them play with electronic games all day long which is a lot easier for her), and self-evaluate what I’ve done well and not so well in terms of parenting.

On moving my blog

I’ve undergone the hassle of creating a new blog in wordpress and left my old Friendster blog simply because I prefer to use wordpress for my blogging platform.
However, early this month I figured out that Friendster had started to use wordpress too – what the heck!!
Well, it was quite a struggle to decide whether to stick with the new blog or go back to Friendster – but then again, life is about moving forward and it sounds a bit stupid to undo the hassle so let me say goodbye to my oldie blog

ps: at least I’ve done something to make ms. oldie looks nicer instead of just using the blue and white wordpress theme – call it a waste of time and bandwith but it sure makes me happy!!!

Untuk sementara DuniaBermain.com hanya melayani area Cibubur dan sekitarnya, kecuali untuk customer yang bersedia datang mengambil/mengantar mainan sendiri. Untuk dapat menyewa mainan, calon customer harus mendaftar dengan mengisi form, menyertakan fotokopi 2 jenis ID card (KTP, SIM, Kartu Keluarga, rekening listrik dll), serta membayar deposit sebesar Rp 100.000,-.
